Jax had unfortunately took a bad turn he’s had a rough weekend requiring more fluids. Today he has gone back on full maintenance IVT. His feed had been halved because he is retching so much. His central line insertion site is infected and we are waiting on more cultures to see if the line is infected also.

His gastro consultant is on again till Thursday (thankfully) and she speaking with microbiology to see if his IV antibiotics need tweaking. She is also going to speak to immunology for they’re input. But he’s also had some lovely visitors these last few days so thank you for coming in xx
